Felicia Pierce


Felicia Pierce has been a life-long resident of Mississippi County. Since her graduation from Arkansas Northeastern College as an RN in 2007, she has been employed full-time with the organization. She began her career at SMC Regional Medical Center as an Emergency Department RN and became the Director of the ED in 2009. She also has served as the dual director for the SMC Regional Medical Center Medical-Surgical Department and the ED from 2010-2012. In 2013, she became the MCHS Director of Clinical Support Services and in 2016, she was promoted to the Chief Nursing Officer of MCHS and is still proudly serving in that capacity. She received her Bachelor of Science Nursing Degree from Western Governors University in November 2016 and has recently completed her Master of Science - Nursing Leadership and Management from Western Governors University. She is a newly appointed board member of the Osceola/SMC Chamber of Commerce and a 2016 graduate of their Leadership Academy. She currently serves on the ANC Nursing and Paramedic Advisory Councils and the Delta Bridge Project - Health and Wellness program. Felicia is married to Tim Pierce and they have 4 children and one granddaughter. She loves spending time with her family and providing outreach programs for the various communities that Mississippi County Hospital System serves.
