Training & DevelopmentMCHS offers certification classes for BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and various other courses free of charge. All staff receive annual orientation training. Clinical staff participates in annual skills labs and additional training through out the year.
Sign On BonusesMississippi County Hospital System offers several different Sign-on Retention Bonuses.
Sign-On Retention Bonus are being offered for the following positions.
Staff Bedside RN- $10,000 Full-time
Staff Bedside LPN- $5,000 Full-time
Radiology Full-time - $2,500
Respiratory Full-time - $1,000
MCHS also offers a Referral Bonus to our staff who refers an candidate. If the candidate is hired the referring employee will receive $500 upon hire and another $500 after one year of employment of the candidate.
