Dr. Lewis received his medical degree from the University of Utah School of Medicine in 1984.
Internship:
Dr. Lewis completed his internship in 1985 at the University of Louisville Program in general surgery.
Residency:
Dr. Lewis completed his residency at the Universtiy of Louisville Program in 1989 in the specialty of otolaryngology.

Dr. Lewis travels to Blytheville every Monday. He conducts any surgery in the A.M. and begins seeing patients in the P.M. Dr. Lewis is a great asset to Great River Medical Center serving on the consulting staff.
